For professional teams, the 4th week of the pre season football sessions continues to have two training sessions during the day. The training center should be at a high altitude. Football coaches will have more time with the team to work on their game model.

- A yoga class will relax the players, offer something different and at the same time help them with stretching and flexibility

- 10′ Dynamic strength and football steps exercises (back, steps defense, side running etc.)
- 10′ Passing drill for third man runs
- 10′ Speed reaction drills
- 40′ Shadow game (Group A) and Rondo 6 v 2 (Group B) – 2 x 20′
