Episode #01 from the Football Talks series. The guest is a young coach analyst who is currently working within the Women’s Football for one of the most historical clubs in the Premier League, Everton. He is the 1st Team Performance Analyst

Bio – Women’s Football, Everton

Paschalis Xanthos is a passionate and proactive Football Coach and Performance Analyst, who aims to develop the technical, tactical, physical, and mental capacity of the players he works with.

He was the Head Coach of Everton FC Women’s u16s and a Football Analyst Consultant for FIFA, where he applied his knowledge and skills in coaching, management, sport psychology, tactical analysis, neuroscience, and talent identification. His current role is Women 1st Team Performance Analyst.

He is also pursuing his degree in Football Coaching and Management at UCFB, where he is learning from industry experts and gaining valuable insights into the world of football. He holds multiple certifications in coaching, sport psychology, and talent identification, and speaks three languages: English, German, and Greek. He values humanistic and empathetic approaches in his coaching philosophy and strives to create simple and well-structured experiences that highlight the players’ super-strengths. He is also a dedicated father and husband, who provides his family with the best foundation for a constructive and empathetic life.
