Possession Game with finishing – 9 v 9 + GK
Description
The game starts with a pass from the coach to the red team in possession. The aim is to move the opposition and pass the ball to the players behind the defending lines in the end zone (blue zone). The two attackers, after they receive a penetration pass, turn and go for a 1 v 1 situation.
The defending team tries to recover the ball and score in one of the small gates. The attacking team, in case they lose possession, should immediately apply pressure (counter-pressing).
Progression: The last actions can be a 1 v 2, 2 v 2 or 2 v 1 situation.
