Possession Game 3 v 3 + 2 neutrals . Training the triangle midfield line. The midfielders will learn how to create and take advantage of space and progress forward with or without the ball.
- The exercise includes a tight pressing (in a zonal and man to man) from the opponent in the center of the pitch against our team’s midfielders
- The opponent uses a pressing defense changing formation (1 – 2 or 2 – 1) as to mark tight my midfielders.
- The aim of the training activity is to teach and offer solutions to the midfielders on how to create space and take advantage to progress the ball forward through the center.

- This will be used in cases the opponent’s wide players are very strong in defense, so as a team we prefer to progress forward though the center.
